Terms of delivery of the order depend on the availability of goods in stock. If the product did not suit you, or you found defects, you can return it or exchange it for a new one. If this happened through our fault, we cover the costs of returning the product.
We return funds to the card of Privat Bank, or any other bank of Ukraine, immediately after we receive the goods back.
If the return is not our fault, the shipping cost is paid by the buyer.
If the product turned out to be of poor quality, you can return it or exchange it within 14 days.
Personalized goods, i.e. goods created from your own photos are not subject to return, as they have value exclusively for you
