Terms of delivery of the order depend on the availability of goods in stock. If at the time of ordering all the selected products are in stock, we will deliver the order within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the distance from your region. If the ordered goods are not in stock, the maximum delivery time for the order may be 8 weeks. But we try to deliver orders to customers as quickly as possible, and 90% of customer orders are shipped within the first 3 weeks. If a part of the goods from your order has not arrived at the warehouse after 3 weeks, we will send all the available goods, and then at our expense we will send you the rest of the order.

At the time of receipt, delivery is paid according to the company's tariffs and a post-paid service of UAH 25 + 2% of the order amount.
Payment by card on the website
Delivery to the branch or by courier of Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta with prepaid card within 1-3 days.
Only the cost of delivery is paid according to the company's tariffs. You do not pay a commission for post-payment.
If the product did not suit you, or you found defects, you can return it or exchange it for a new one. If this happened through our fault, we cover the costs of returning the product.
We return funds to the card of Privat Bank, or any other bank of Ukraine, immediately after we receive the goods back.
If the return is not our fault, the shipping cost is paid by the buyer.
If the product turned out to be of poor quality, you can return it or exchange it within 14 days.
Personalized goods, i.e. goods created from your own photos are not subject to return, as they have value exclusively for you
